What if we use our brain at Full Capacity???
You can do anything, We can paint a masterpiece in a minute. You can learn a language in a an hour also building a multi billion company over night will be an easy job for you. Also you can rule the world by tomorrow?
So what is holding you back? What is stopping you?
Didn't hear enough Mozart as a baby?
Didn't eat enough veggies growing up?
Or it is because you are not using your brain?? Mmmm How about this one? That you are not using your brain at full potential???
So if you want to know what it would be like if you use your brain at full capacity then you are at right place. This article is dedicated to know that what happens when we use our brains at full capacity or total potential?
The brain to say, is at least brain is too complex. That the humanity studied it for centuries and still learning to unlock its hidden secrets.
A human Brain is designed to survive and succeed but would you believe that we humans only use 10% of our brain?
Now lets make it 100%. We had many smarter people who inspired us through their arts, music, literature, sports, they came up with tools to make our lives way easier, also they helped to organize society as a whole to make us all more powerful for better or for worse.
So if you access 100% capacity of your brain what you will do? Play Chess? Cure Cancer? Try to Solve stuff that puzzles the simpletons? What will you do that just depends on you.
Surely, if humans somehow access 100% of their Brain capacity. Still they will not be able to use it.We will be limited by our body survival needs. However, we use only 10% of our brain is a myth and it comes from the fact that our brain consist of 10% neurons and 90% Glial cells. Neurons performs many functions but most importantly they transmit and process informations and the glial cells surround those neurons in order to provide support and insulation.

All brains shares similar designs. Your brains has the same neurons as Albert Einstein did. So how can you be smarter?
1. Take on Challenges.
2.Treat your brain like a muscle stimulate it.
3. Try new things.
4.Get enough rest.
5. Maintain healthy habits.
These are some ways to be smart however using your brain at full capacity is limited by your body needs. So, try to be sharp and smarter that will help a lot rather than draining all your brain's potential.
